What happens if I need more wines or dishes than my plan allows?
Move up a tier whenever you need more capacity. Enterprise offers fully custom limits for large programmes.
What happens when my menu changes?
Re-pairing is handled by us. Plans include a re-pairing fee (€500–€1,000 depending on tier) for significant menu changes.
Is the onboarding fee charged every year?
No. The €150 onboarding fee is a one-time charge that covers your initial setup, database matching, and team training.
What's included in the SLA?
Office-hours support with guaranteed response times. Pro and Enterprise add a dedicated account manager and custom SLA terms.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No long-term contract is required on monthly billing. Annual billing saves 20% in exchange for a yearly commitment.
