These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Entwine website, mobile application, and restaurant platform (the "Services"), operated by Cork & Code Limited, Suite B, Cornerstone Business Centre, 16th September Square, Mosta MST 1180, Malta. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
Entwine provides wine pairing recommendations connected to participating restaurants' menus, an inventory management system for restaurants, and related professional tools. Recommendations are provided for guidance only.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use the consumer app.
Restaurant plans, fees, and billing terms are described on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Onboarding fees are one-time and non-refundable once onboarding has been delivered.
You may not misuse the Services, attempt to access them by unauthorised means, scrape or resell data, or use the Services in breach of applicable law.
The Services, including the Entwine brand, software, wine database, and content, are owned by Cork & Code Limited or its licensors. Restaurants retain ownership of their own menus and data.
The Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cork & Code Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
