1. Who we are

Entwine is a product of Cork & Code Limited, Suite B, Cornerstone Business Centre, 16th September Square, Mosta MST 1180, Malta ("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through the Entwine website, the Entwine mobile application, and the Entwine restaurant platform (together, the "Services"). 2. Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• Usage information — dishes you select, filters you apply, pairings you save, and your in-app preferences, used to build your taste profile.
• Business information — for restaurant customers: menus, wine lists, inventory data, and billing details.
• Technical information — device type, operating system, IP address, and analytics events, collected automatically when you use the Services.

3. How we use your information

We use personal data to provide and improve the Services: generating wine pairings, personalising recommendations, operating restaurant accounts, processing payments, providing support, and sending service communications. With your consent, we may also send marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time.

4. Legal bases

We process personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on the bases of contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent where applicable.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf (such as hosting, analytics, and payment providers), with restaurants where necessary to provide the Services, and where required by law.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing.
